If you are remodeling a kitchen, or just dreaming about it, check out William Sonoma's kitchen design resource website  There are lots of searchable inspiration photos for many different styles and color themes, and the images can be pinned directly to your own virtual corkboard on Pinterest.

Today, our Nob Hill project was featured in "Cannes Film Festival Celebration:  7 Sweet French-Inspired Kitchens."  For this kitchen, the first item purchased was the beautiful range in a custom color -- robin's egg blue!

Need some inspiration for a vintage-inspired remodel?

Look for the August 2011 issue of Better Homes & Gardens Kitchen & Bath Ideas.  The newest article about our Nob Hill project on Queen Anne, "Recipe for Enchantment" (pages 74-81) will let you in on some of my kitchen design secrets and favorite sources for vintage finds.

If you can't find it locally (Bartell's drugstore in Seattle has it on the shelves now), you can also order a digital copy online.

Resources are found on pages 135-136, including Phoenix Construction (our incredibly talented contractor), Pete's Cabinet Shop (kitchen cabinetry) and Contour Woodworks (custom-milled woodwork).
